&lt;P&gt;You need to log in to your Arlo account using valid credentials to change the email address. &lt;P&gt;Actually you should still be able to log in, using either push verification or text verification.&amp;nbsp; If the phone is trusted, you shouldn't need to use verification at all.&amp;nbsp; What error are you getting when you do try to log in?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But changing the email might require support's help, since the system will send a confirmation email to the old account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
