      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never bought any Arlo products before.&amp;nbsp; I can't find any contact information for someone to speak to. There is a $43.19 charge on my account from 'ARLO TECHNOLOGIES INC 408-638' that I did not make.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo did the same thing to me, so I set up an account to try to contact you.&amp;nbsp; Phone number is "outgoing only" and chat is mysteriously not available.&amp;nbsp; I can't even initiate a message on the message board, but can reply to one.&amp;nbsp; I was charged $26.74 and it was debited directly out of my account.&amp;nbsp; The bank will not help because it has been sitting as pending for 3 days.&amp;nbsp; Arlo needs to directly remove this fraud charge .&amp;nbsp; This seems to be a running issue with Arlo and the amounts don't even match for customers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They seem to mysteriously have no phone number.&amp;nbsp; I can't even post a message, only reply to one.&amp;nbsp; Chat is "not available" .&amp;nbsp; They are playing with out accounts hoping no one will notice the charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
