Does having your recordings setup for local storage improve the ability to load the clips remotely? I don’t always have the best internet speeds away from home and sometimes the videos don’t even load.

With local storage, you first download the videos to your phone and then view them. So this will work even if the internet connection isn't fast enough to stream the video. Note the download speed for local storage depends on your phone's internet connection, and also the internet upload speed you have at home.

But you can also download the videos from the Arlo Cloud to your phone before you view them, so you can try this without setting up local storage.
