I have been working on this for days and I can't get a live person to chat with even though I have two subscriptions. Why change the App that was working fine. Getting really frustrated with Arlo they can't even let you chat with a live person. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Looking for a security system for my son's house, was planning for Arlo until this.
