    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am the primary user of our Arlo devices; my husband has ALL ACCESS RIGHTS.&amp;nbsp; I had to update the Arlo app recently, and now my husband can no longer arm/disarm any of our devices in any of the modes.&amp;nbsp; He needs access to the devices.&amp;nbsp; Prior to the app update, everything was working great.&amp;nbsp; The new update created this debacle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have reached out multiple times to on-line support (case #44440689).&amp;nbsp; I am on day 6 with no resolution from Arlo support.&amp;nbsp; The suggestions they provided did not resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;All support I receive from Arlo now are links to their on-line articles.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have researched ad nauseam all of Arlo's on-line articles; Arlo has nothing available to address/troubleshoot this issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone in this community has recommendations, please share!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ARLO:&amp;nbsp; ESCALATE THIS ISSUE.&amp;nbsp; We are flying blind and it is day 6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have two options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first is to have your husband use your account credentials on his phone.&amp;nbsp; Arlo used to restrict you to one login at a time, but they stopped doing that some months ago.&amp;nbsp; This will give your husband the same access you have.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The second option is to migrate your husband's account to the new "Feed" interface.&amp;nbsp; There is a hack to do this.&amp;nbsp; You go into "add device" from his account, and start to add a Pro 5s camera.&amp;nbsp; You obviously cannot complete that process unless you have the camera.&amp;nbsp; But it will migrate the account to "Feed" before you get stuck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;StephenB - THANK YOU!&amp;nbsp; Option one worked.&amp;nbsp; I was not aware Arlo stopped restricting one login at a time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope Arlo support is paying attention to this solution.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully it can help other users that encounter the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
