&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FWIW, the warranty is generally 12 months from date of purchase.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I believe accessories have a shorter warranty.&amp;nbsp; Folks in the EU (only) with Arlo Secure Plus subscriptions have their warranty extended to 2 years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a link and when I click on it it takes me to my dashboard, there is no open support ticket in my dashboard.&amp;nbsp; When I go into the App it does the same thing, there is no open ticket in my account!&amp;nbsp; I have no way of accessing my ticket or providing information.&amp;nbsp; I got a call from Arlo and it rand twice and when I tried to answer it they hung up.&amp;nbsp; This is very frustrating that I can not call Arlo or use the Chat Bot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
