&lt;P&gt;I think support tells you that when they don't have any other ideas.&amp;nbsp; Ports 80/443 are used when you browse the internet, so if you can do that they should be available.&amp;nbsp; Note they are only used for outbound connections, so your ISP doesn't need to change anything.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Won't Connect to Wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently switched internet provider and arlo home base and camera will not connect. Attempted multiple times to re-add devices but searching but never completed the install. Made several inquiries to arlo support without any success. Last communication port 80 and 443 appear closed. Internet provider requested where they needed to open and send ports to but no feedback received from arlo support. The router indicates the home base is connected to internet because a direct connection with ethernet cord. Has anyone encountered this issue? I have a lot equipment from arlo but don't want to purchase another security system if Arlo cannot connect as expected. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
