base station camera sync led does not blink after pressing the sync button on the station

why is the base station camera sync led does not blink after pressing the snc button the right side of the unit, so that I can start sync the cameras?

The base station 1st two leds are lit green indicating power and internet are ok.

Try power cycling the base and then press the sync button for only 1-2 seconds (briefly).

NEATGEAR VMB3000 Base

New Set up

When I press Sync button on side base the Sync LED came on. When I pressed Sync in camera I a Blinking blues light and then amber.

I turned off unit and turned back on. Power came on and wifi light. I press Sync on side of base and Sync light on base does not come on.

I think you're just doing it a bit wrong. You say that after power cycling the base the sync light doesn't blick when the button is pressed. Make sure you press the sync button for maybe 2 seconds - don't hold it down. Same with the camera. If that doesn't work, use the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Let things settle down and try to sync again.
