topic New App - requiring multiple subscriptions for different locations in Arlo

I’ve seen 1-2 other posts about this. I (we) previously could control on/off setting a for devices in different locations. It now appears that you need a subscription for each location.

I don’t see any way to add a device without adding a subscription. This looks to be another gouge by a company looking to increase revenues? When you read support article 000062826, it gives instructions on adding a location and makes it seem so simple. There’s no mention of each location requiring a subscription. Hoping that I’m just missing a step to resolve this without spending more $$

Each Location in your Arlo Secure App requires a separate subscription for service.

Clearly this is the case.

The only issue is, I - as well as many on this topic - purchased hardware under a given set of operational criteria. ARLO has removed functionality and changed the investment criteria with mandated updgrade to this version.
