Camera not recording to library

I have an older (5+ years) system which had been working just fine. The camera in question works fine on live view but just doesn’t record to the library. I know it works because I can see a package that arrived but it never set off the camera…at least it didn’t record it to the library.

I had charged the battery last week and used the camera utility to position it. It detected motion just fine.

I can’t contact support by phone because I don’t have a subscription plan. I wasn’t required to have one when I purchased the system years ago.

Any ideas?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

Oddly enough last night I had a neighbor go pick up my package and I got the alert from their motion.

I haven’t tried the recording option yet but last night’s motions are in the library!
