    <description>&lt;P&gt;What subscription do you have - a single camera one or a multi-camera plan? For a single camera plan, I believe you cancel the existing plan and subscribe again to add the new one. However, since you have a trial sub for the new doorbell, wait until that trial expired before adding a paid plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot switch paid subscription from old to new doorbell</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I renew my subscription on June this year, but my doorbell broken down recently so i buy a new one to replace it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then i found there is no way to monitor the subscription on website or app. Now the&amp;nbsp;subscription "attach" on the old doorbell and i cannot switch it to the new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do remember it should be able to monitor the subscription before Arlo update the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix it? Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
