Arlo offered me 50% off any plan for a full year, but now cannot find it

Hi. I got a pop-up in my app a couple days ago saying 50% off any plan for a year. Luckily I took a snapshot of it. Said offer valid from Nov 21- Dec 1, 2024. However, I don't see anything about it on the website. Does anyone know how to apply this at checkout?

I got it twice, but when I went to check the prices, it showed full process so not sure how one applies that. You're also probably aware, right?, that it'll be like 50% off the first three months.

Wait, why would it only be for the first 3 months? It says for first 12 months of service (even in the small print). So glad I snapshot it carefully. It does say discount applied at checkout. I wonder if you have to go all the way through the checkout process before it shows. Risky though.

Oh, that's good. last year's offer was for three months only.

I went all the way to checkout and didn't get a discount, so not sure what is discounted.
