I received a charge on my card November 19th, from Arlo, who I’ve never heard of and have never purchased from. I haven’t used this card in over a year and am confused as to how Arlo received the card information in the first place. I want this resolved and I want my money back.

One of the mods here - @BrookeN , @JamesC , or @ShayneS - will create a support request on your behalf. Watch here for their reply.

In the meantime: The card is compromised, and someone else made this charge - not Arlo. So you should contact your financial institution, and dispute the charge. Cancel the card, and get another if you need one.

I have reached out to support regarding the charges you received. They will be reaching out as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution as soon as possible.
