&lt;P&gt;If I read your post right, your forum and camera accounts use the same email address.&amp;nbsp; I wasn't sure if Arlo had any form of single sign on (SSO) set up.&amp;nbsp; FWIW, Netgear does.&amp;nbsp; If they did have SSO, then the both accounts would use the same password.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Changed user name and pass word and now can't log in.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just changed my user name and password for my Arlo account. I tried to log in but was told my user name or password were invalid. I clicked on the link to reset my password. I did not receive an email to change my password. I have tried this multiple times over several days on both my mobile device as well as my desktop computer. I continue to get the same invalid user name or password and no email when I ask to change my password. I see others have had the same issue but I did not see the fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
