First off... i am not subscribed in my profile. I continue to be spammed after I repeatedly requested to not be via email and unchecked the button in my profile. This is going on two years now.

I will be filling complaints since you do not follow the rules. Fix your **bleep** and stop spamming poeople who do not want your emails.

United States: CAN-SPAM Act

The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act of 2003 sets the rules for commercial email in the U.S. Key requirements include:

Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every commercial email must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of receiving future emails. This typically takes the form of an "unsubscribe" link. Senders must honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Penalties for Non-Compliance: Each separate email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $51,744. Therefore, repeatedly emailing recipients without a way to unsubscribe, or continuing to email after they've unsubscribed, can result in significant fines.
