    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, got no where as they responded by asking me to log in on my old email which is exactly what I can’t do as my old email address is no longer supported as was a company email that is no longer trading. Whilst I know the address I don’t recall the password. Getting absolutely nowhere and frustrated. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Cannot recommend Arlo after having it for 7 years!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I cannot gain access to my account as my email which was a company email is no longer accessible and I can’t recall the password to go in to update it. There is no email support or phone support in the uk other than signing in which I can’t do. The number in Cork has a recorded message saying it’s disconnected. The only email I can find is for new orders who reply that they can’t help but advise me to sign into my account which is exactly what I can’t do. Hence going in circles. Help with an email support details or a phone number, thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No further feedback for 3 days from Arlo so I’m logging all now to cancel arlo contract again and provide evidence for credit card bank to reimburse. Cannot recommend Arlo now I’m afraid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
