      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep receiving emails saying that they are having problems processing my payment. I have updated my card details but keep receiving emails saying that payment cannot be processed. I emailed customer support but didn't hear back. Today my plan was cancelled. I can't find a contact number or any other method of communication to speak to anyone. My card details are correct &amp;amp; there is no problem with funds. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Can anyone offer any advice please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m having issues speaking with a live agent. No phone number to call. I’ve been charged $14.95 x 3=$32.85 total. I tried to Un suspend my account with an agent and was told since I didn’t have a plan the charges wouldn’t go through and they did go through. So please refund my money. Thanks I’ve been trying for hours to resolve this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
