&lt;P&gt;Generally fraudulent charges means someone has gotten hold of your credit card info (and in this case apparently purchased something from Arlo using it).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you should of course dispute the charge with your credit card company - likely they will send you a new card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It'd also be good to work with Arlo on this - I'm tagging the mods -&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/922577"&gt;@BrookeN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3030"&gt;@JamesC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647372"&gt;@ShayneS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- so they can create a support ticket on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Personally, I'd assume that there will be other fraudulent charges on the card, so I'd contact the bank to get a replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you never purchased anything from Arlo someone else used the card to purchase something from Arlo.&amp;nbsp; In that case you should cancel the card.&lt;/P&gt;
