At this time there is no way to manually change the channel of the Arlo base station. By design, the Arlo base station will follow the channel of a nearby router. I encourage you to visit the Arlo Idea Exchange and Kudo the existing threads there on this topic.

has any progress been made on the users ability to control the 'visibility' of the base station and the channel it uses. As I try all the tricks described in other posts/discussions, I find that an aggressive network ( trying to be polite) follows the netgear01 around the channels perpetuating the interference and performance of the camera's ability to detect motion and record.

Additional Info

Dense housing development, minimum 10' between dwellings.

Employed wifi scanning to detect potential interference.

OS in OSX

thank you

Hugh
