I have literally thousands of notifications for a camera i have access to but cannot see or clear. A key here is that new users will always get the new interface that uses Feed to view recordings. Anyone who uses the old interface that uses Library to view recordings must migrate to the new one. It would seem that you have the new interface with Feed - is that correct? Can you verify that all other users have the same? When they do, everyone except the owner of the cameras must click on Home near the top and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets their own Home location so you must choose the owner's Home. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious as to which one to choose.
