First generation Arlo Camera and central unit

we have had arlo for many years and never had a problem. now we have peoblem, my wife can't start the monitoring as the central unit is offline. I myself have no problems. we have the same ver. on both app and operating system

Is your wife using a shared account?

If is, that is a bug Arlo is investigating. The workaround is to have your wife use your account credentials. Arlo used to limit you to one login at a time, but they changed that some months ago.

BTW, the "central unit" is callled a "base" (or a "hub") here.
