my 3 camera system includes a small hard drive. 5= yrs old is my estimate. works fantasticly! Hurricane Helene flooded my house and in the chaos - i lost my power cord to the hard drive. smallis. white. cylinder shaped. round plug insert.

i have a pic but cant figure out how to post.

any help how to get a new poswer cord would be soooo apprec

The hard drive didn't come from Arlo, so we have no idea what power adapter you need. If you google the hard drive model, you might be able to find a compatible adapter.

The other option is to just get a flash drive. A 512 GB drive can hold a lot of video files, and only costs about $35 USD.

On the chance that the OP is calling his base station a hard drive, I'm not aware of a replacement model being available. However, you can purchase a universal power supply that can be configured for 12 volts DC output. Check the label on your base for the polarity needed at the connector and set that properly, too.
