    <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password so I sent a reset link to my email. The email address is correct but I didn't receive the email. I tried multiple times. Nothing in spam box either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent an email to Arlo but no reply over a week. No customer service over phone unless you pay for more expensive subscription that you can't downgrade once you upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im getting so frustrated and regretting getting Arlo. It wasn't like this when I purchased it years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
