Arlo cameras are not uploading or not detecting motion

HI! I have a VMB3010r2 base station with 2 H7 cameras. The problem is that periodically motion detection stops working. I can do live streaming, live recording but the auto detection of motion stops. The cameras have plenty of battery left, the walking man figure is not greyed out. The internet connection from the router that the base station is plugged into is working fine. What am I missing?

When it seemingly is not recording, check both the running men as the LEDs on the base.

Running men are on and 3 leds are on the base station.

If possible, take a live view snapshot when it's not detecting motion and post them here. Maybe it's IR flooding the sensor?
