    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot conect my chime2. I scan the QR code, plug in the device, the white light slowly flashes, hit continue and nothing happens. I tried resetting the doorbell,&amp;nbsp; the chime keeps the same slow flashing when I hit it, to lead to the same effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacting support through the app hasn't worked, that's another essay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try resetting the chime, when I hold the reset button it just turns of the flashing while I'm holding it, and goes back to the same slow flashing. What's an SSID?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
