Done with Arlo - 1 week storage

I am done with Arlo. I bought three cameras based on the promise Arlo made that I could get 1 week of storage for free for the life of the cameras. All three cameras are still working fine. But now Arlo has reneged on its promise, and wants to charge me an additional $150+ a year just so I can use the cameras. This is another lying rip-off company that will promise anything, then screw its customers over as soon as they see even the smallest advantage.

Sounds like you are being scammed, arlo would never do this because you cannot contact them unless you have a subscription plan or the equipment is still under warranty.

You can check for contact options using the arlo mobile app under settings/support/ the device name.

The only cameras with 1 week free storage for life are the Legacy cameras... Arlo HD, Pro, Pro2, Q cameras, Arlo Baby.

None of them are currently produced anymore.

All the newer cameras require a subscription for storage from arlo.... minus the trial period ( 3 months )

@bluaper you should be able to access the feed still as you have the Pro cameras which have the 7 day rolling cloud storage. Can you do a manual record? Have you done any trouble shooting steps?
