    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am generally not a fan of "forums" or "communities", feeble attempts to obviscate the need for companies to supply technical information on the products they sell.&amp;nbsp; However, in an effort to help my customers&amp;nbsp; I have spent many hours scouring them for solutions to issues that have arisen.&amp;nbsp; The Arlo problem with the camera's failure to operate in low temperatures has been one of those vexing issues.&amp;nbsp; Although some models will operate without a battery at lower temperatures, mist will not.&amp;nbsp; I have been testing an externally mounted heater that solves this problem and have been using it at several locations for three years (45+ units) without issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
