You misunderstand the question. I'm just asking Arlo owners that bought their equipment from Costco. How was their return experience, it they have had to return the equipment. Because I have read some stories on this forum about Arlo owners returning EOL camera to Costco.

I don't have any direct info for the Costco returns, but I do know they have a fantastic return policy for most products including most electronics.
