Hello

This new app stinks! I can NOT get it to record video of movement and send a dang notification consistently.

I also don’t have the option to add a widget. I’m SO frustrated. Was forced to get a plan and now with the new app it’s non functional!
what a scam!

Were you are getting stuck? Are you seeing the + on the top of the dashboard screen?

Recording works the same as it did with the old app (using rules in the mode).

Can you give some more details on what is happening?

Are recordings never made for some cameras? Or is the issue that the cameras are triggering as you want them to?

I have the plus sign on the dashboard. But it only says add a device, not add a widget. That’s grayed out.
I go through the whole add a routine thing. But it only works temporarily. It stops after a day of recording and notifying me.

That sounds like you don't have the latest app. Reboot the phone and reinstall the app.
