floodlight camera too sensitive all the sudden

i have a FB1001AerH6 with FW 1.080.29

for some reason with the sensitivity low i keep getting notifications when nothing is moving, like 1-3 message a minute. its very annoying

Try a hardware reset:

remove the camera from the account
take the camera out of the housing and press the button inside until the LED on the camera flashes amber (~15 sec)
add the camera back to the account

is this some sort of bug? because i havent touched the settings. it just started doing it on its own

i have the default mode settings for motion detection at 54, even at lower i still get spammed

I've seen this reported occasionally for a variety of camera models (and have seen it myself once on a Pro 3).

No idea what triggers it, but in my case the factory reset resolved it.
