Hi There,

one of my cameras keeps crashing after 3-5 mins batteries are fully charged

any help would be greatly appreciated

Define switching off and crashing. Offline? Non-responsive? Have you rebooted your base? Have you swapped cameras around to see if the issue follows the camera or stays with the location?

I have rebooted the base unit and moved the camera around and it’s still switching off/shutting down after a few mins

It sounds like it could just be a faulty camera. Since they're no longer sold, you can either buy a new camera, which will require a subscription for cloud recordings, or take a chance on a used camera.
