    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to pay for my plan and got the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"master plan not assigned on the account"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has charged my Apple Pay twice for 17.99 and I do not have access to my footage whatsoever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a refund and my account updated with my plan I paid for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
