Hi, what can be done for my essential camera with either water spots or condensation? I have tried cleaning the lens on the outside. Thanks for any help.

Does this happen on all recordings, regardless of the time of day? Just wondering if it's flare from the sun shining directly on the lens.

You posted in the original wire-free camera section (the camera uses 4 CR123 batteries) but you state an Essential camera - is that correct? If not, what camera do you have? Support varies according to the camera model as well as whether it's under warranty.

Hi, I have the arlo XL spot light essential camera that has no removable battery. The pic I sent is on a live feed and is constant. Thanks for any help.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer, including an RMA.
