      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does this happen on all recordings, regardless of the time of day? Just wondering if it's flare from the sun shining directly on the lens.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You posted in the original wire-free camera section (the camera uses 4 CR123 batteries) but you state an Essential camera - is that correct? If not, what camera do you have? Support varies according to the camera model as well as whether it's under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
