Arlo VMB400 offline but all lights green

I cannot see my camera on the app

The base station is synced with a pro2 camera but the app won’t find the camera. When I go onto the Settings in the app the page it says that the base station is off-line, but all the base station lights are green and I can see it connected to my internet via the hub.

I’ve taken power out, I’ve clicked the reset button, multiple times, but still the same issue. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No luck

Any help greatly appreciated
