    <description>&lt;P&gt;My essential outdoor 2nd gen VMC 2050 camera won't load the feed. It connects just fine but won't load the feed even in the same room as my router.&amp;nbsp; I have the subscription service but every time I try to get live support it says I'm not entitled to live support....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Does the app show that the camera is in a subscription plan?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?&lt;/LI&gt;
