CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

I continue to be charged monthly although my Arlo account indicates I have cancelled my subscription. Please inform me how to cancel AND get refunded. This appears to be the only format in which to address this. My next step is to contact a fraud department.

I also suggest disputing the charge with your credit card company.
