Phone will not connect

My wife Phone was not showing one of our 3 cameras. Long of the short she got it all messed up. I can still see everything. We deleted everything from her phone and put the app back on it. Now she can't see anything, but gets notifications. Help.

Did she create a new account, or is she using the old one?

Does your account show "Library" as a menu option? Or does it show "Dashboard" and "Feed" instead?
What does her account show?

Both accounts need to match (either both showing "Feed" or both showing "Library"). It sounds like yours might not match. Let us know if that's the case, and we can give you the next steps.
