    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought arlo cameras so all are on free trial. Once I redeemed my 1 year professional subscription code, I can see my plan was changed at my arlo account at arlo.com. But, my phone and ipad arlo secure app would not change trial plans to my subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do? I totally regret that I purchased arlo but may need to pay extra for the other brand. I don't know how many times I have contacted arlo support center for camera issues, and now it seems redeemed but not redeem on my app?? Any suggestions can be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once I redeemed my 1 year professional subscription code, I can see my plan was changed at my arlo account at arlo.com.
