    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The primary account holder, my wife, passed away in February, and I was unaware that the recurring payments were on her account. It's important to me to have our library of footage back, so I would like to reinstate the plan we had, but with my credit card, and update the account with my information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried contacting you in several ways, but it's been difficult to get through, since I don't have a new device, but our account has been closed. I can get into her account, but I can't reinstate the plan she had, so I need someone to call or email me with further direction. Please &amp;nbsp;contact me as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
