Full base station reset, nothing like spending time to reconfigure everything.

Well haven't had any issues since the video doorbell debacle for night video. Today my devices and base station went offline after 4:09 CT. I have rebooted it multiple times. I had three green lights on the base station. Disconnected everything power and network multiple times as in the support article. Then removed the base station and tried to re add base station it is found but unable to complete a firmware upgrade repeatedly, yet all other devices on the same network can connect to the Internet.

Well I will cancel my arlo subscription promptly because it's not being used.

Oh rebooted my router and switch etc.

My router shows it has an IP address and is connected. So what changes?
