invisible camera and android not recognizing base

Help! my cameras are not reconizing the base station. i've done everythind the trouble shooting says ie.

resync.i 've even did the factory reset. system was working and we had to moved it to another building and router set up. now nothing works cant even get my android to find base station

So if I got it right, the system was working...

You moved it to a new location /new router....

Now it's NG.

First question;

Is this an Arlo camera or Q camera?? ( your in the Q trouble shoot section ) as Q's don't hook to a base but directly to the wifi router but your mentioning a base.

Second question;

If it is both or Arlo, what are the front LEDS doing on the base??
