Recently my smart hub 4540 has started to randomly loose power while plugged in all other devices plugged into the surge protector still work. I have tried different outlets, and different surge protectors it'll still randomly loose power and the light on the front is grey. The only fix I have found is to unplug the base and plug it back in.

Firmware: 1.24.0.1_1528_8938370.

Hardware: VMB4540r3

By grey, do you mean the LED is off?

It could be a faulty power supply or hub. Use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your hub. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
