I am unable to change the order of cameras when viewing "Devices" either on my Samsung running Andriod version 11 using Arlo App 4 .12.5_28655. or my laptop using "https://my.arlo.com/#/cameras_new". In both cases clicking on the three dots allows you to move the images but after clicking "Done" the images return their original order. With my Samsung I get a "Operation failed" note and my laptop says "We're Sorry Something went wrong. Please try again."

I do not have this problem when viewing the cameras via "Dashboard"

Help please

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.
