&lt;LI&gt;If you have another device that uses ethernet, then you should test the router LAN ports with that device.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions including factory reset, yet can't get a solid green light to confirm connection to internet (my internet is working fine with other devices).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't qualify for support, as I'm not on subscription.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this end of life of device?&amp;nbsp; Everything was working fine up until 2 days ago when my cameras suddenly went offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
