For the past month or more this (see pics) has shown up on my PC startup screen and it seems to do absolutely nothing 🤔

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Sorry Shane but somehow I missed your reply to this issue.
I have done no troubleshooting so far just because I wasn't sure just where to start since I've never run across this kind of issue before.
What's strange is that sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not 🤔
