We are not safe and Arlo will not allow us to change the ownership of the account. If we die, Arlo will be to blame.

We need the owner of the account to be removed and change it to someone else.

The original owner must do this. Arlo doesn't just release ownership since it could well be a bogus/suspicious request.

The only way to do that is to ask the original owner to remove all the devices from their account. Once that is done then they can be set up under a different account. But we cannot just take an owner of an account that is a security risk.
