Cameras Dropping off the app! WHY?

I have 5 cameras :

driveway

front shed

back shed

front yard

back yard

the other day i noticed only 4 cameras in my list. after relooking, closing out the app reopening the app sure enough my "back yard" camera was missing! not knowing what else to do i did the reJoining procedure like it was a new camera and that worked fine. that was a few days ago.

now today again, my 'back yard' cam dropped off the app again. i should say deleted off my account because the website shows the same thing. 4 cams with the missing 5 cam not there.

why is this happening?!

i can still pull up footage from the "back yard" if i search for it. but the cam is totally gone in the "Devices" section of the app and in the website account.

please help as this is a huge issue as I'm out of town and not available to physically reAdd the device again and again!

No it was not.

they are all battery powered with no panels
