      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several Arlo cameras and have not touched them in several years. &amp;nbsp;I show that one of the camera's went off-line as the batter level is too low. &amp;nbsp;I have the cameras all connected to AC power. &amp;nbsp;This camera is mounted high on the side of my house, so it's rather difficult to open it up and check the model number. &amp;nbsp;I went into settings on the dashboard and it shows hardware as H3 and the serial number is . &amp;nbsp;Are you able to tell me the model number and provide me a link to replace the battery. &amp;nbsp;I suspect that the battery may not be holding a charge anymore. &amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
