    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had you removed the devices from the account before you tried adding them back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using a pc web browser connected to the local router and login to my.arlo.com to add devices again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried lots of resetting and even tried to complete a factory reset to get this base back online.&amp;nbsp; No luck.&amp;nbsp; I checked this page and found someone else with this problem and a solution, but the solution wasn't in detail for me to follow.&amp;nbsp; Anyone found anything that worked?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
