&lt;P&gt;FWIW, Legacy cameras like the VMC3030 were sold with free 7-day cloud storage, and a lot of users don't have subscriptions for those models.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Are you using the primary account?&amp;nbsp; Or a "friend" account?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Did this work before?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
